On Monday, August 15, a Federal High Court in Abuja ruled that the PDP national convention should not hold. However, a Federal High Court in Port Harcourt gave a comprehensive Order, specifically ordering the PDP to proceed with the convention as scheduled without hindrance Despite the Abuja court order, the PDP insisted it would go ahead with the convention as planned.
